Combined Lounge room and Dining room are classified as 2 rooms
Minimum charge (per classification): $65.00.

Steps / Stairs:

$2.00 per step
Landings $3.00 each

Vacuuming:

$5.00 per room

Rugs & Mats:

Varying sizes, will be priced by the Technician on the day of the cleaning. Approximate cost $15.00 for small mats.

Hallways:

Priced as a room if about 3 metres long. Longer hallways will be priced by the Technician on the day of the clean.

Deodorising:

$8.00 per room up to 3 x 4 metres

PERSION RUGS:

$20.00 per square metres

CARPET PROTECTION:

$3.50 per square metre

UPHOLSTERY STEAM CLEANING (non-leather)

Leather Seats:

$35.00 per seat. Recliners: $50.00 each.
Process: cleaning by hand to remove grime, dirt and body oil. Followed by application of conditioner and protector.

Dining Seats:

With backs $8.00 each
Without backs $6.00 each

Upholstery Protection: same price as cleaning.

CURTAINS & BLINDS STEAM CLEANING

Vertical Blinds:

$2.00 per drop
$1.50 per drop for half size like kitchen windows

Rubber-backed curtains:

$15.00 per seam

OTHER ITEMS:

Car Seats: $80.00 for Sedans/5 seats
Mattresess: (cleaning all sides)

PAYMENT METHODS:

Cash, Cheques or Credit Card. Special arrangements can be made for direct deposit, as long as the payment is reflected in the I Clean Carpets account prior to the cleaning date.
